Cherrystones have been used for generations for natural healing and relaxation treatments like stomach or menstruation pains, baby colics or cramps. Hollow from the inside they can store heat or cold for up to 30 minutes giving you time for your personal natural retreat.

Heat inner pillow in the oven (130° C - 5min) or in the microwave (low heat, 2 min). Chill it for at least 30 min. in the freezer.
