Shipping policy

Dispatch of goods is usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed during weekend or holidays will be processed on the next business day. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will received tracking information via email.

UAE Shipping via courier service:

• All Emirates except DXB - 25 AED for orders below 400 AED (except remote areas) 
• Free shipping for orders above 400 AED (except remote areas)

GCC Shipping via courier service:

• KSA & Bahrain 50dhs - up to 2kg | 90dhs - up to 5kg
• Qatar, Oman, Kuwait 120kg - up to 2kg | 200dhs - up to 5kg

Delays:
Timing is subject to the courier provider. SAINE cannot assume responsibility for delays by the courier provider. If no one is available to accept delivery of your order, you have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date with the courier provider.

Cancellation:
We get it, people change their minds. If you change your mind regarding your purchases, just email us as soon as possible on hello@SAINEexperience.com and we will use all reasonable endeavors to cancel it providing your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return (Please see our Return & refund policy for further information).
